The Tektronix TCP0150 is a high-performance, easy-to-use 150 A AC/DC current probe designed for direct connection to the TekVPI probe interface. It measures both AC and DC current and provides automatic units scaling and readout on the oscilloscope's display, with setup controls, probe status, and diagnostic indicators available on both the probe hardware and through the oscilloscope's UI menu.

Listed applications for the TCP0150 include power supplies, semiconductor devices, power inverters and converters, electronic ballasts, industrial and consumer electronics, motor drives, and transportation systems. A current probe of this type clamps around a conductor to measure the current flowing through it without breaking the circuit.
