Frequently Asked Questions

How should I package the equipment?

Please make sure to pack the equipment with one unit to a box, and at least 4 inches of protection on all sides of each unit. They should be packed tightly with no movement inside the box once closed. For larger shipments, secure all boxes to a pallet and send the weight and dimensions of the pallet so we can schedule the pickup.

How will I be paid?

If selling for cash payment can be made via check, EFT, PayPal

Who pays for shipping?

Valuetronics will pay for the inbound freight

When will I be paid?

All Equipment is purchased with a standard 15 day ROR (Right of Return) but terms
are negotiable on a case by case basis

What if I have too much equipment to pack myself?

If you have a large quantity of equipment, we will either travel there ourselves to inventory and pack the equipment, or contract a 3rd part crating company to remove the equipment for you. Either way for you, the process will be easy.
