The higher-voltage modules — 63105A, 63106A (note: 63106A is rated 80 V per spec table), and 63108A — extend operation to 500 V for testing higher-voltage supplies and converters.

The LED Load Simulator modules differ by voltage ceiling and current capability: the 63110A operates up to 500 V at 0.6–2 A per channel (dual 100 W channels), the 63113A operates up to 300 V at 5–20 A (300 W), and the 63115A extends the voltage range to 600 V at 5–20 A (300 W). All three add LED-specific parameter set (operating voltage, Vf, Rd, Rd coefficient) on top of the standard CC, CV, and CR modes.
