The Keysight Infiniium UXR-Series is a family of real-time oscilloscopes spanning 5 GHz to 110 GHz of analog bandwidth across three input-connector tiers: 1 mm (highest-bandwidth models to 110 GHz), 1.85 mm (to 70 GHz), and 3.5 mm (to 33 GHz). The series is described by the manufacturer as delivering ultra-low noise and high signal fidelity for engineers and scientists working on the fastest electrical phenomena, and is positioned as fully upgradeable across bandwidth, memory, channel count, and software capabilities.
Across all UXR-Series models, the architecture pairs a 10-bit ADC (extending to 14 bits or more with averaging) with sample rates up to 256 GSa/s per channel on 1 mm and 1.85 mm models, and 128 GSa/s on 3.5 mm models. Each configuration is available in 2-channel and 4-channel variants, with bandwidth, memory, and analysis capability scalable through licensed upgrades.
ValueTronics International, LLC supports the Keysight Infiniium UXR-Series from our 20,000 square-foot secure facility at 1675 Cambridge Drive in Elgin, Illinois, where every unit we sell is received, inspected, and operationally verified before shipment. The depth and rigor of in-house handling — backed by our long-standing position in the professional test-and-measurement market — is what distinguishes us from drop-shippers and pass-through brokers who never physically touch the equipment they list.
Keysight Technologies was established in 2014 as the test-and-measurement spin-off of Agilent Technologies, which itself was created in 1999 when Hewlett-Packard separated its measurement business from its computing business. The UXR-Series therefore carries forward an oscilloscope and high-frequency measurement engineering heritage that traces directly back through Agilent and HP.
The Infiniium UXR-Series is organized into three input-connector tiers that determine the bandwidth ceiling and sample rate of each model. The 3.5 mm models cover 10 GHz through 33 GHz at 128 GSa/s; the 1.85 mm models cover 40 GHz through 70 GHz at 256 GSa/s; the 1 mm models extend from 5 GHz on the entry UXR0051AP single-channel unit up to 110 GHz at 256 GSa/s on the UXR1104A/UXR1102A flagship configurations.
Within each connector tier, models are available in 2-channel and 4-channel configurations (with the UXR0051AP as a single licensed-channel exception that can be upgraded to a 2-channel UXR0254AP via the N2166A license). Keysight describes the series as fully upgradeable, with bandwidth, memory depth (200 Mpts standard, 1 Gpt or 2 Gpts optional), channel count, and software capabilities licensable per the configuration guide.
Each pre-owned UXR-Series model linked below is its own dedicated product page with condition-matched pricing, condition reporting, and availability. Use the configuration table on this page to identify the bandwidth, channel count, and connector type that matches your application, then follow the model link to the specific listing.
The primary differences between UXR-Series models are warranted bandwidth, sample rate (256 GSa/s on 1 mm and 1.85 mm models versus 128 GSa/s on 3.5 mm models), rise-time, and the connector type at the analog inputs (1 mm ruggedized with AutoProbe III, 1.85 mm with AutoProbe III, or 3.5 mm with AutoProbe II). Channel-count selection (2 or 4) and memory-depth option (200 Mpts standard, 1 Gpt, or 2 Gpts) further differentiate configurations within a given bandwidth tier.
RMS noise-floor values, ENOB at given full-scale settings, and amplitude-and-phase flatness windows are published per model in the datasheet's vertical-system performance tables. The comparison table that follows this section consolidates the headline numerical specifications across the family so the model match for a given measurement requirement is visible at a glance.
