The TBS1022 (25 MHz) and TBS1042 (40 MHz) are 2-channel models that sample at 500 MS/s, while the 60 MHz and higher models — the TBS1062, TBS1064, TBS1102, TBS1104, TBS1152, and TBS1154 — sample at 1 GS/s on each channel. Channel count is either two or four depending on the model, as shown in the comparison table.

The standard passive probe specified also differs by tier: the TPP0101 100 MHz probe is specified for the TBS1022, TBS1042, TBS1062, TBS1064, TBS1102, and TBS1104, while the higher-bandwidth TBS1152 and TBS1154 specify the TPP0201 200 MHz probe.
