Maximum inputs range from 1,000 VRMS CAT II on the isolated-channel P5102 and P5120 to 2.5 kV (DC + peak AC) on the P5100 and 20 kV DC / 40 kV peak on the P6015A.

The P5102 and P5120 add channel-to-channel and earth-ground isolation for use with the THS700 and TPS2000 Series respectively, while the P6015A offers length and readout configuration options.
