The HT62 is a handheld true-RMS digital multimeter from HT Instruments (HT Italia SRL), built around a 6000-count display and carrying a CAT IV 600V / CAT III 1000V measurement category rating. It combines voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, temperature, diode, and continuity measurement functions in a single double-insulated instrument.

As a digital multimeter, the HT62 measures electrical quantities directly from a circuit and presents them on a numeric display, giving a technician a single tool for voltage, current, resistance, and related parameters. Its true-RMS conversion measures AC signals by their actual root-mean-square value, and the instrument provides distinct frequency ranges for both electronic circuits (to 40MHz) and electrical circuits (10Hz to 400Hz, with 15Vrms / 10Arms sensitivity).
