The InfiniiVision 3000G X-Series is a family of general-purpose oscilloscopes offering bandwidth models from 100 MHz up to 1 GHz in a compact form factor. The series combines a capacitive touch user interface, an industry-leading waveform update rate, hardware zone triggering, and a set of standard features intended to capture and isolate elusive glitches and anomalies. Models are available in 2-channel, 4-channel, and mixed-signal (MSO) configurations, with most core waveform operations handled by the proprietary MegaZoom IV smart memory ASIC rather than the CPU.

Across the series, the listed applications span circuit design debugging and troubleshooting, frequency response (Bode plot) characterization of passive filters, amplifier circuits, and the loop response of switch-mode power supplies, and analysis of switching power supplies and power-consuming devices such as batteries. The oscilloscope also supports HDTV video triggering and analysis for consumer-electronics work, and low-speed serial bus debug across embedded, automotive, and aerospace protocols. An integrated Educator's Training Kit provides built-in training signals, a lab guide, and tutorial materials for undergraduate engineering and physics instruction.

ValueTronics stocks and holds the InfiniiVision 3000G X-Series in its own 20,000 square-foot secure warehouse at 1675 Cambridge Drive in Elgin, Illinois. Pre-owned units are inspected and functionally verified in-house before they ship, while new units ship factory-sealed, exactly as received from the manufacturer.

Brand Heritage

Keysight Technologies traces its test-and-measurement heritage to Hewlett-Packard, whose instrument business was spun off as Agilent Technologies in 1999. Agilent's electronic measurement division was then established as Keysight Technologies in 2014, the brand under which this oscilloscope family is produced.

Compare Other Models in This Series

The InfiniiVision 3000G X-Series spans bandwidth models from 100 MHz up to 1 GHz, offered as 2-channel and 4-channel digital storage oscilloscopes (DSOX) and as mixed-signal oscilloscopes (MSOX) that add 16 integrated digital channels. Every model shares the same MegaZoom IV smart memory architecture, the 8.5-inch capacitive touch interface, and the same set of standard features.

Because the series is fully upgradeable — including bandwidth and application software via license-only upgrades — a model can be configured for current requirements and expanded later. Each model number encodes its bandwidth and channel count; for example, a 1 GHz four-channel mixed-signal configuration carries the MSOX3104G designation.

Each pre-owned model below is its own dedicated product page with condition-matched pricing. Choose the bandwidth and channel configuration that fits your application, and use the comparison table to confirm the exact specifications before ordering.

The primary differences across the family are bandwidth and channel count. Bandwidth tiers run 100 MHz, 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz, and 1 GHz, with calculated rise times tightening correspondingly from less than or equal to 3.5 ns at 100 MHz to less than or equal to 450 ps at 1 GHz. Each bandwidth is available with 2 or 4 analog channels, and any configuration can be ordered as an MSO with 16 added digital channels.

Core acquisition specifications — up to 5 GSa/s sample rate, up to 4 Mpts memory, the 8.5-inch touch display, and the update rate of more than 1,000,000 waveforms/sec — are common across the lineup. The comparison table that follows lists each model's bandwidth, rise time, and channel count so you can match a specific model number to your requirement.

Model Bandwidth Analog Ch Digital Ch
DSOX3032G 350 MHz 2
DSOX3012G 100 MHz 2
DSOX3014G 100 MHz 4
DSOX3022G 200 MHz 2

Additional differences in specifications beyond the few shown above are not listed here — see each model's full specifications below.

Product Core & Specifications

Specification Value
Model-Specific Characteristics
Bandwidth (–3 dB) 350 MHz
Calculated rise time (10 to 90%) ≤ 1 ns
Analog input channels 2
Digital input channels None (DSO model)
Time base range 2 ns/div to 50 s/div

Important: Maximum input voltage: 125 Vrms / 190 Vpk. This instrument is not rated for measurement categories CAT II, III, or IV, and no transient overvoltage is allowed.
Important: Maximum input voltage on analog channels is 125 Vrms; 190 Vpk. Probing technology allows testing of higher voltages — for example, the included N2843A 10:1 probe supports testing up to 300 Vrms.
Important: An MSO (mixed signal) model ships standard with 16 digital/logic channels and a logic probe; a DSO model can be upgraded to MSO at any time via the DSOXG3MSO software license, with the N2756A 16-channel MSO cable delivered separately.
Recommended pairing: use the N7020A power rail probe — a 2 GHz, 1:1 probe with a plus/minus 24 V offset range — for mV-sensitivity DC power-rail noise, ripple, and transient measurements.
