The Keysight Infiniium 90000 Q-Series is a family of real-time oscilloscopes built by applying Keysight's microwave expertise to real-time oscilloscope design. With real-time bandwidths reaching 63 GHz, the Q-Series is described as the world's fastest real-time oscilloscope, letting engineers see their fastest signals as they really are at the extremes of electrical and optical measurements.
An oscilloscope captures voltage waveforms over time so an engineer can see a signal's amplitude, timing, and shape. The Q-Series is aimed at the fastest of these signals: its four channels at 33 GHz make it suited to 28 and 32 Gbit/s SERDES designs, and the series is used for work on technologies such as PCI Express, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, and high-speed memory. In combination with the N4391A optical modulation analyzer it serves as a turn-key solution for advanced research on 100-G, 400-G, and terabit transmission.

This oscilloscope family is made by Keysight Technologies. Keysight traces its roots to Hewlett-Packard, whose test and measurement business was spun out as Agilent Technologies in 1999 and then established as Keysight Technologies in 2014.
The Infiniium 90000 Q-Series spans real-time bandwidths from 20 GHz to 63 GHz, with each model offering four channels. Across the series the scopes share the same core architecture: the industry's lowest noise floor, full PrecisionProbe compatibility, 2 Gpts maximum memory depth, and the same 15.4-inch touch-screen Infiniium interface.
Each bandwidth is available in two configurations, a DSA (digital signal analyzer) version and a DSO (digital signal oscilloscope) version. The DSA models come standard with 50 Mpts memory and the EZJIT, EZJIT Plus, EZJIT Complete, and serial data analysis software, while the DSO models provide the same hardware platform with that analysis software available separately.

The primary difference across the family is analog bandwidth: 20 GHz (92004Q), 25 GHz (92504Q), 33 GHz (93304Q), 50 GHz (95004Q), and 63 GHz (96204Q). Two-channel sample rate is 160 GSa/s on the 50 and 63 GHz models and 80 GSa/s on the 20, 25, and 33 GHz models, while all five models provide 80 GSa/s across four channels. Rise time also tracks bandwidth, from 22.0 ps (10–90%) on the 20 GHz model down to 7.0 ps on the 63 GHz model.
All models are bandwidth-upgradable, with paths that extend up to 63 GHz, and memory is expandable from the 20 Mpts standard up to 2 Gpts per channel. Note that segmented memory is not supported on the 50 and 63 GHz models.
