The Amprobe DM78C is a handheld digital multi-tester built around a 3200-count display with an analog bargraph. Described as a smallest, go-anywhere meter, it packs five measurement functions across sixteen ranges into a pocket-sized body and ships with a protective case included.
The DM78C measures DC and AC voltage, measures resistance, performs diode testing, and checks continuity, making it a general-purpose handheld for routine electrical measurement. Its compact dimensions and included pocket carrying case suit it to portable use where a full-size bench meter would be impractical.
