The primary differentiators across the family are the power tier (1.7kW, 3.4kW, or 5kW), the maximum voltage (230V, 300V, 450V, 600V, 800V, 1000V, or 1200V), the maximum current (which scales with voltage to maintain the rated power envelope), the channel count (1 or 3), and the output topology (fixed-range or auto-range, indicated by the 'P' suffix on auto-range models). For example, the 62050E-600 is a 5kW single-channel fixed-range model rated 0–600V at 0–10A, while the 62050E-600P is a 5kW single-channel auto-range model rated 0–600V at 0–22.5A within the same 5kW envelope.

The three-channel models (suffix '-3') are limited to the 1.7kW tier and are not available with series or parallel master/slave operation per the datasheet. Series operation across the single-channel 230V–600V models supports up to two units. Parallel operation is available on all single-channel models up to four units, with the 800V–1200V models supporting parallel only and not series.
