The HT64 is a CAT IV, 6000-count true-RMS digital multimeter with an integrated data logger, built by HT Instruments (HT Italia SRL). It combines a broad bench-and-field measurement set with onboard recording, presenting results on a 4½-digit color TFT LCD that includes automatic polarity indication, a bargraph, backlight, and an “OL” over-range indication.

As a true-RMS multimeter, the HT64 measures the effective value of both sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal signals, covering DC, AC, and combined AC+DC voltage and current along with resistance, continuity, capacitance, frequency, duty cycle, diode test, and temperature. Separate frequency ranges are provided for electrical circuits (40 Hz to 10 kHz) and electronic circuits (up to 1 MHz), and a low-impedance (LoZ) voltage mode of approximately 3 kΩ is available for voltage measurement.
