The Keysight E5063A is a two-port RF network analyzer in the ENA Series, covering a frequency range from 100 kHz up to a maximum of 18 GHz depending on the installed frequency option. It is built around a 10.4-inch touchscreen front panel with Type-N female 50 Ω test ports, and it characterizes a device under test through both corrected and uncorrected system performance — directivity, source match, load match, reflection tracking, and transmission tracking — across its sweep range.

A network analyzer measures how a device under test reflects and transmits RF energy, expressed as S-parameters. The E5063A performs full 2-port calibrated measurements of reflection (S11) and transmission (S21), reporting magnitude and phase, and it also computes group delay from the measured phase change across a specified aperture. These are the core measurements engineers rely on to characterize RF components and networks.
