The Agilent ENA-L RF Network Analyzers comprise two models — the E5061A, covering 300 kHz to 1.5 GHz, and the E5062A, covering 300 kHz to 3 GHz. Both are vector network analyzers built on a common platform that employs a graphical user interface based on the Windows operating system, operable through a hardkey interface, an optional touch screen, or a mouse. Each analyzer provides up to four independent measurement channels, each with its own display window and up to four data traces and four memory traces.
A network analyzer characterizes how a device or network reflects and transmits signals across frequency. The ENA-L measures S-parameters — S11 and S21 in the transmission/reflection configuration, and the full S11, S21, S12, and S22 set with the full 2-port option — and converts those parameters into reflection and transmission impedance, reflection and transmission admittance, and 1/S. Available data formats include log and linear magnitude, phase, expanded phase, positive phase, group delay, SWR, real, imaginary, Smith chart, and polar. Fault-location transformation to the distance and time domains is available as an option, alongside limit-line definition for pass/fail testing.

The ENA-L line carries Agilent Technologies branding. Agilent was established in 1999 as a spin-off of Hewlett-Packard, and its electronic test-and-measurement business was subsequently established as Keysight Technologies in 2014.
The ENA-L family is offered as two models sharing a common platform: the E5061A and the E5062A. Both provide the same measurement architecture — up to four channels, Type-N 50 Ω or 75 Ω test ports, the same selectable calibration types, and the same Windows-based interface — and differ primarily in their upper frequency limit.
The E5061A covers 300 kHz to 1.5 GHz, while the E5062A extends coverage to 3 GHz. Measurement-parameter scope (S11/S21 versus the full 2-port S11/S21/S12/S22 set) and capabilities such as fault location, extended power range, and touch screen are selected by option code rather than by base model.

The principal difference between the two models is frequency span: the E5061A reaches 1.5 GHz and the E5062A reaches 3 GHz, as shown in the comparison table. Test port output frequency range follows the model accordingly — 300 kHz to 1.5 GHz for the E5061A and 300 kHz to 3 GHz for the E5062A.
Beyond frequency range, the two models share corrected-performance specifications, connector options, calibration types, channel count, and interfaces. Measurement-parameter scope and features such as fault location, extended power range, and touch screen are determined by option codes that apply across both models.
