The Fluke Calibration 6531 and 6532 E-DWT Electronic Deadweight Tester Kits are complete hydraulic pressure calibration systems built around the E-DWT-H electronic deadweight tester. Each kit pairs an E-DWT-H configuration with the accessories required to perform high-level hydraulic pressure calibration directly out of the box, including a vacuum liquid fill kit and a test station quick-mount fitting with adapters for the most common pressure connection sizes. The 6531 kits use a single quartz reference pressure transducer (Q-RPT) to deliver percent-of-reading performance from 10% to 100% of device full scale, while the 6532 kits add a second Q-RPT to extend that performance from 1% to 100% of device full scale for maximum workload coverage.
These kits are designed to replace traditional hydraulic deadweight testers in metrology and calibration labs, on the production floor, and in the field. Because the E-DWT-H is an electronic calibrator, there are no weights to load, unload, transport, or send out for calibration, no piston-cylinder changes required, and no significant sensitivity to level or vibration. The instrument provides real-time pressure indication with no need to correct for local gravity or ambient temperature, and it can set and read any pressure value exactly rather than being limited to the nominal increments of available masses — a particular advantage for applications such as analog gauge calibration where a specific pressure must be set on the device under test and measured directly. Operators can switch between units of measure as needed.
Fluke Calibration is the precision measurement division of Fluke Corporation. The Fluke Calibration pressure product line traces its engineering lineage through DH Instruments, which Fluke acquired in 2007 and integrated into the Fluke Calibration brand; the E-DWT-H platform reflects that pressure-calibration heritage. Fluke Corporation itself is part of the Fortive Corporation group following Fortive's 2016 spin-off from Danaher.
The 6531 and 6532 kit family is built around a common E-DWT-H electronic deadweight tester platform and differs primarily in the Q-RPT (quartz reference pressure transducer) configuration and the pressure range that configuration covers. The 6531 kits use a single Q-RPT and are identified by their full-scale pressure: 7M, 14M, 20M, 40M, 70M, 140M, and 200M-B. The 6532 kits add a second, lower-range Q-RPT to extend the percent-of-reading performance band downward.
Across the family, the mechanical hardware — variable volume, priming system, DH500 test port, adapter set, reservoir, and communication ports — is the same. What changes between models is the upper pressure ceiling and, for the 6532 models, the addition of a second Q-RPT that improves accuracy on the lower portion of the workload.
Each model below is its own product page with condition-matched pricing. new listings are quoted on the specific unit's verified configuration, Q-RPT arrangement, and included accessories. Confirm pressure range, included adapters, and test medium history with the Test Architect before ordering.
The 6531 single-Q-RPT kits deliver ±0.02% of reading performance from 10% to 100% of device full scale. Stepping through the range: 6531-7M covers 0.7 to 7 MPa (100 to 1,000 psi), 6531-14M covers 1.4 to 14 MPa (200 to 2,000 psi), 6531-20M covers 2 to 20 MPa (300 to 3,000 psi), 6531-40M covers 4 to 40 MPa (600 to 6,000 psi), 6531-70M covers 7 to 70 MPa (1,000 to 10,000 psi), 6531-140M covers 14 to 140 MPa (2,000 to 20,000 psi), and 6531-200M-B covers 40 to 200 MPa (6,000 to 30,000 psi).
The 6532 dual-Q-RPT kits combine a high-range and a low-range Q-RPT to broaden the percent-of-reading workload. 6532-70M (A70M/A7M) covers 0.7 to 70 MPa (100 to 10,000 psi), 6532-140M (A140M/A14M) covers 1.4 to 140 MPa (200 to 20,000 psi), and 6532-200M-B (A200M/A20M) covers 4 to 200 MPa (600 to 30,000 psi). See the comparison table below for the full mapping of kit model to E-DWT-H configuration and percent-of-reading accuracy band.
