The FLIR T1020 is the T1K-series HD thermal imaging camera designed for thermography experts who require high-fidelity infrared imagery without compromise. Built on five decades of FLIR infrared expertise, the camera pairs a 1024 x 768 IR detector with the OSX Precision HDIR optical system to deliver crisp, detailed thermal images across a 7.5–14 µm spectral range.
Per the manufacturer's published material, the T1020 is positioned for expert-level thermography applications where the smallest anomalies must be identified, often from greater standoff distances. The datasheet describes the camera as suited to long-range temperature measurement, detailed inspection work, and continuous radiometric video capture, with rugged optics and a rubberized camera housing built for tough environments.
ValueTronics stocks, inspects, and tests precision thermal imaging instruments like the FLIR T1020 in our 20,000 sq ft secure warehouse at 1675 Cambridge Drive in Elgin, Illinois. Each {{CONDITION}} T1020 we offer is handled by our in-house technical team rather than passed through from an off-site warehouse, allowing us to verify condition, accessories, and operating function before shipment. This hands-on approach distinguishes ValueTronics from drop-ship resellers and pass-through brokers across the test and measurement market.
FLIR Systems was founded in 1978 and has operated as a dedicated thermal imaging and sensor systems manufacturer for the duration of its independent history. In 2021, FLIR Systems was acquired by Teledyne Technologies and now operates under the Teledyne FLIR brand. Instruments such as the T1020, originally released under the FLIR Systems name, continue to be supported within the Teledyne FLIR organization.
