The Agilent 35670A is a dynamic signal analyzer that performs FFT-based spectrum and network analysis from 122 µHz to 102.4 kHz using a 16-bit ADC architecture. It is configurable as a two-channel instrument with single-channel and dual-channel measurement modes, and Option AY6 extends the instrument to four input channels. The analyzer combines spectrum measurement, network measurement, time capture, histogram analysis, and correlation analysis in a single chassis.

A dynamic signal analyzer captures voltage signals over time and uses fast Fourier transform processing to translate them into the frequency domain, allowing an engineer to measure spectral content, frequency response, coherence, and cross-channel relationships between two or more signals. The 35670A's measurement set includes frequency response, linear spectrum, cross spectrum, power spectrum, coherence, power spectral density, time waveform, autocorrelation, cross-correlation, orbit diagrams, and histogram/PDF/CDF analysis. Trace coordinates available on the instrument include linear and log magnitude, dB magnitude, group delay, phase, unwrapped phase, real and imaginary parts, Nyquist, and polar formats.

ValueTronics International, LLC has been a specialist source for test and measurement equipment since 1992. Our 20,000 sq ft secure warehouse at 1675 Cambridge Drive, Elgin, Illinois serves as the central facility where instruments are received, inspected, performance-tested against manufacturer published specifications, and graded by our technicians before they ship. This in-house verification process is the operational difference between a unit accompanied by a documented condition report and an unverified marketplace listing, and it is the basis on which our warranty and post-sale support are extended.

Brand Heritage

Hewlett-Packard's test and measurement division was spun off as Agilent Technologies in 1999. In 2014, Agilent's electronic measurement business was transferred to Keysight Technologies, which is the current corporate successor for instruments originally branded HP and subsequently Agilent.
