Introducing the NEW Keysight InfiniiVision HD3 Series, a portable oscilloscope delivering 4X the resolution and 1/2 the noise of other oscilloscopes in its class.
The HD3 is built on custom technology, including FaultHunter software, new deep memory architecture, and a custom ASIC developed for oscilloscope measurements. Increase vertical resolution by four times with its 14-bit ADC and see the smallest signals thanks to the 50 µVRMS noise floor. The Infiniivision HD3 Series is a 7-in-1 instrument that goes beyond traditional analog oscilloscope functionality to perform as a protocol analyzer, frequency response analyzer, voltmeter, eight-digit counter, 100 MHz arbitrary waveform generator and an MSO.
The new design of the HD3 allows for the most precise signal analysis in its class. Equipped with a custom 14-bit ADC and the lowest noise front-end, it provides the highest vertical resolution available in this segment of oscilloscopes. This ensures that your measurements are highly accurate and offers a detailed view of the signals within your device.
For even greater accuracy—up to 5 times better—utilize the built-in bandwidth filters to achieve up to 16 bits of resolution. When operating at the full 1 GHz bandwidth, the HD3 maintains exceptional accuracy, with the capability to zoom in to 500 µV/div.
