Valuetronics was founded by John Griffith in 1992, as a seller and buyer of used test equipment. Later we added several distribution lines of new equipment. With over 300 manufacturers we have been able to provide quality Used and New electronic test instrumentation solutions to our global customers and partners. We stock thousands of instruments at our facility located in Elgin, IL. We take immense pride in providing the best customer service we can offer to ensure that you made the right decision by choosing us!

Upon John’s passing, our ownership changed hands to Glenn Dulski. Continuing with ValueTronics mission of providing quality Used and New electronic test instrumentation solutions to our global customers and partners. We will achieve that mission with the most professional customer service, cost-effective processes, and procedures in our industry!

Leadership

Glenn Dulski

President

Glenn came to ValueTronics with over 25 years of accounting/ management experience in both domestic and international service and distribution industries. He acquired his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Loyola University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has been with VTI for over 20 years, working with the original founders and then joining the team as a partner. He has recently become the sole owner. He grounds his life in the Christian faith and gives all honor and gratitude to God for his success. When he is not working or volunteering at Church, he focuses his free time on his wife, four children and nine grandchildren.

Harley Stavis

Director of Sales/ Marketing and IT

Harley has over 25 years in the Test Equipment Industry, and has been with ValueTronics for over 10 years. Harley got his education from University of Denver with a BSEE and MBA. After graduation, he started working at HP, which later became Agilent and is now Keysight. Harley started at ValueTronics as a Sales Engineer, and was then promoted to be the Sales Manager. Harley is now in charge of Sales, Marketing, and IT. During his career he has also worked at Sencore, Autodesk, and ConRes Test Equipment.When not working, Harley lives in Downtown Chicago with wife and enjoys the benefits of the great city of Chicago.

Tony Castrovillari

Purchasing and Product Manager

With over 20 years of experience in purchasing and business operations Tony ensures the needs of ValueTronics customers are met and will always exceed their expectations. Tony obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Loyola University, Chicago. In 2019 Tony joined ValueTronics team taking on various roles within the company finding his most valuable contribution to be in hiscurrent role as Purchasing and Product Manager. He is committed to taking this department to the next level by ensuring continuous improvement. Outside of the office he volunteers at his children’s school board and his church. He enjoys coaching his son in both basketball and soccer, and supporting both of his childrenchauffeuring them to and from the ice rink as they are accomplished figure skaters. Tony and his family also enjoy travel and all sporting events.

Peter Kirsch

Manager of Lab Operations

Peter, a graduate of DeVry University has over 38 years of experience directly related to repair and calibration of Test and Measurement equipment. Having worked for Nortel Networks and Zenith Electronics, he was part of a group of engineers who helped implement North America’s Digital Television Broadcast standard. His association with this company dates back almost 30 years as a supplier of surplus test equipment before joining ValueTronics over 18 years ago. He is a Warbirds enthusiast and member of the EAA who annually attends EAA’s AirVenture held in Oshkosh, WI. In his spare time, he enjoys reading science fiction novels and restoring antique radios.

Dan Karpinski

Sales Manager

Dan came to Valuetronics with over 5 years of field service experience interfacing with customers and engineers on a day to day basis from the smallest bench to university labs on state campuses. He acquired his Associate of Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology Degree from ITT Technical Institute in 2013. In June 2019, Dan transitioned from a field service to a Sales role when he started with Valuetronics and four years later, he has worked his way up to become the Sales Manager. When he’s not at work, you’re likely to find him either at the gym or in his home studio playing his bass.
