View full details

The Agilent E4400A is an analog RF signal generator covering 250 kHz to 1000 MHz, also identified as the Agilent ESG-1000A. It produces calibrated RF output across that span with 0.01 Hz frequency resolution, and pairs that frequency agility with a broad amplitude range and a full suite of analog modulation modes driven from an internal source.

An analog RF signal generator supplies a known, controllable RF stimulus so that an engineer can drive a device under test and measure its response. It serves as the source half of a stimulus-response test setup, generating carrier signals at defined frequencies, levels, and modulation states for bench and system measurements.

ValueTronics stocks and holds its own inventory in a 20,000 sq ft secure warehouse at 1675 Cambridge Drive in Elgin, Illinois. Every used unit is inspected and functionally verified in-house against the original manufacturer specifications before it ships, while new units ship factory-sealed exactly as received from the manufacturer.

Brand Heritage

This instrument carries Agilent branding from the era when Hewlett-Packard spun off its test and measurement business as Agilent Technologies in 1999. Agilent's electronic measurement division later became Keysight Technologies in 2014.
