This 2-channel scope combines 500 MHz bandwidth, 1 GSa/s sample rate and 1 nanosecond peak detection on both channels. The 54615B peak detection allows the scope to maintain the 1 GSa/s sample rate at all sweep speeds. A horizontal accuracy of 0.005% means you can make critical timing measurements with confidence.
