The Extech TM26 is a waterproof temperature indicator with a long stainless steel penetration probe, designed for measuring temperature in liquids, pastes, and semi-solid food. The instrument carries NSF certification for food measurement and combines a panel-style indicator housing with a probe on a 5 ft cable, allowing the display to remain visible while the probe is inserted into the medium being measured.
