The LT224/LT322/LT342/LT344/LT364 belong to the WaveRunner LT-Series of color digital oscilloscopes, offered in two-channel and four-channel models with –3 dB bandwidths of 200 MHz or 500 MHz. Each instrument displays captured waveforms on an 8.4-inch color TFT-LCD, with sensitivity fully variable from 2 mV to 10 V/div at 8-bit vertical resolution. L-model variants extend the acquisition memory and sequence-capture depth of their base counterparts while sharing the same front-end and display architecture.

An oscilloscope captures and displays electrical signals as waveforms—voltage plotted against time—so an engineer can examine a signal's amplitude, timing, and shape. Beyond standard waveform capture, the series supports optional application solutions including Jitter and Timing Analysis (JTA), the PowerMeasure System, and Telecom Mask Testing, and it provides pass/fail mask limit testing on any five measured parameters with selectable thresholds.

ValueTronics stocks and holds its own inventory in a 20,000-square-foot secure warehouse at 1675 Cambridge Drive in Elgin, Illinois. Every pre-owned instrument is inspected and functionally verified in-house against the original manufacturer specifications, while new units ship factory-sealed exactly as we receive them.

Compare Other Models in This Series

The LT-Series is a family of color digital oscilloscopes that share a common acquisition and display architecture while differing in bandwidth, channel count, sampling rate, and memory depth. The selection guide spans two-channel and four-channel models at 200 MHz and 500 MHz, with L-model variants offering deeper acquisition memory and longer sequence-capture depth.

All models share 8-bit vertical resolution, 2 mV–10 V/div sensitivity, the ProBus probe system, SMART Trigger functions, and standard GPIB and RS-232-C control. The choice between them is driven primarily by required bandwidth, number of channels, single-shot sample rate, and record length.

Each model below is its own dedicated product page with condition-matched pricing. Choose the model that meets your bandwidth, channel-count, and memory requirements, then select the pre-owned unit on that model's page.

Bandwidth divides the family into a 200 MHz tier (LT224) and a 500 MHz tier (LT322, LT342, LT342L, LT344, LT344L, LT364, LT364L). Channel count is independent of bandwidth: the LT322, LT342, and LT342L are two-channel instruments, while the LT224, LT344, LT344L, LT364, and LT364L are four-channel. The comparison table below lists each model's bandwidth, channels, sample rate, and acquisition memory side by side.

Single-shot sample rate ranges from 200 MS/s (LT224, LT322) to 500 MS/s (LT342, LT344), with the LT364 reaching 1 GS/s when using two channels. Acquisition memory grows from 100 kpts/channel on the LT224 and LT322 to 250 kpts/channel on the standard LT342 and LT344, 500 kpts/channel on the LT364, and 1–2 Mpts/channel on the L models. Sequence-acquisition depth likewise increases from up to 400 segments to 1000 on the standard 500 MHz models and 4000 on the L variants.

Model Bandwidth Channels Sample Rate
LT364 500 MHz Four 1 GS/s/2 Ch
LT342 500 MHz Two 500 MS/s
LT342L 500 MHz Two 500 MS/s
LT322 500 MHz Two 200 MS/s

Additional differences in specifications beyond the few shown above are not listed here — see each model's full specifications below.
