MXO5C-B6
The MXO5C-B6 is the arbitrary waveform generator option for MXO5C oscilloscopes.
The MXO5C includes a two-channel 100 MHz waveform generator which can generate a wide range of waveform and modulation types.
With each of the waveform generators, one can output simple functions, modulated sine waveform, arbitrary waveforms, and sweep waveforms. It is possible to couple and synchronize the settings of the waveform generators.
MXO5C-K31
The MXO5C-K31 is the power analysis option for MXO5C oscilloscopes. This option extends the MXO 5C firmware with measurement functionality focused on switched-mode power supplies (SMPS) and DC/DC converters. Up to six sets of power analysis measurements are possible.
