Marconi Test Equipment

Marconi Instruments Limited was a British manufacturer of test equipment, one of the Marconi group of companies. Marconi Instruments bought out Marconi-Ekco Instruments in 1941. It is a major producer of precision electronic testing instruments such as spectrum analyzers, meters, sensors, signal generators, oscilloscopes, frequency counters, bridges, impedance analyzers, and power supplies. Marconi also operated an electronics industry laboratory for calibration and metrology. In 1998, IFR Systems Inc. acquired Marconi Instruments – which was then acquired by Aeroflex in 2002. The Marconi brand name is no longer in use, but consumers can still find used and refurbished Marconi equipment at ValueTronics.com.
