The Keysight InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series is a family of portable digital-storage and mixed-signal oscilloscopes that combine bandwidth, visualization power, and integrated instrumentation in a compact bench form factor. Models span 1 GHz to 6 GHz of bandwidth with sampling up to 20 GSa/s, and the series is built around an all-new front-end ASIC, MegaZoom IV acquisition memory, and a 12.1-inch capacitive multi-touch display. It places multi-GHz performance in a chassis only 154 mm (6 inches) deep, weighing 6.8 kg (15 lbs.) and consuming a maximum of 200 W.
Across the series the oscilloscope is applied to high-speed signal-integrity work — measuring fast edges and capturing signals with rise times faster than 150 ps or NRZ data rates above 2 Gbps. Application coverage includes serial protocol debug on embedded designs with sophisticated digital control circuitry, jitter and real-time eye analysis, switching-power-supply and power-device measurements, USB 2.0 signal-quality testing, and broader coverage extending to PCI Express.
ValueTronics stocks and holds its own test-and-measurement inventory in a 20,000-square-foot secure warehouse at 1675 Cambridge Drive in Elgin, Illinois.
Keysight Technologies traces its test-and-measurement lineage to Hewlett-Packard, whose instrument business was spun off as Agilent Technologies in 1999 and then established as Keysight Technologies in 2014. The InfiniiVision oscilloscope line is sold today under the Keysight name.
The InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series is offered as four base configurations: two- and four-channel digital-storage models (DSOX6002A, DSOX6004A) and two- and four-channel mixed-signal models (MSOX6002A, MSOX6004A) that add 16 integrated digital channels. Every configuration shares the same 12.1-inch capacitive multi-touch display, MegaZoom IV acquisition, greater-than-450,000-waveforms/sec update rate, standard hardware zone touch trigger, and standard multi-language voice control.
All models start at 1 GHz and can be ordered or later upgraded to 2.5 GHz, 4 GHz, or 6 GHz bandwidth, with sampling up to 20 GSa/s. Because the front-end design allows bandwidth and feature upgrades through a software-license installation, a unit purchased at one tier can grow with the project rather than being replaced.
Each model below is its own dedicated product page with condition-matched pricing. Select the new configuration that fits your channel count, bandwidth tier, and integrated-instrument needs; the core specifications are shared, so the choice comes down to channels, bandwidth, and options.
The configurations differ along three axes shown in the comparison table: analog channel count (2 or 4), the presence of 16 digital channels (MSO models, or added via the DSOX6MSO upgrade), and bandwidth tier (1, 2.5, 4, or 6 GHz). Bandwidth tier also drives derived specifications — calculated rise time tightens from ≤350 ps at 1 GHz to ≤75 ps at 6 GHz, and the 6-GHz license enables equivalent-time sampling up to 400 GSa/s with a full-channel equivalent-time bandwidth of 6 GHz.
Integrated instruments — the dual-channel 20-MHz WaveGen, the 16-channel MSO option, and the per-protocol serial decode and analysis software packages — are ordered separately and apply across the bandwidth tiers. Refer to the comparison table for the exact channel, bandwidth, and option differences between each model.

Important: No transient overvoltage is allowed in either the 50 Ω or 1 MΩ path, with or without probes; the instrument is not rated for CAT II, III, or IV measurement categories.
Important: Maximum input voltage (1 MΩ): 30 Vrms or ±40 Vmax (DC + Vpeak). The included N2894A 10:1 probe supports 300 Vrms or ±400 Vmax (DC + Vpeak). 50 Ω input: ±5 Vpk max.
Recommended pairing: the DSOXBODE Bode plot training kit attaches directly to the built-in WaveGen output and is compatible with all InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series oscilloscopes for hands-on frequency-response analysis.
