The HT14D is a compact digital multimeter from HT Italia (HT Instruments). It uses a 3 1/2 digit LCD with 2000-point resolution, including automatic polarity indication and an "OL" overrange flag, in a handheld 105 x 50 x 25 mm enclosure weighing 100g with its battery installed.
A digital multimeter combines several core electrical measurements into a single handheld instrument. The HT14D covers DC voltage, AC voltage, DC current, and resistance, and adds a dedicated 9V battery test function. Convenience features include Data HOLD to freeze a reading and a "BAT" low-battery indicator that appears when the cell voltage drops.
