The HT Italia XL423 is a single-phase true-RMS (TRMS) voltage data logger built around a 0 to 600 V measurement range with 0.1 V resolution and an accuracy of ±(1.0% of reading + 2 digits). It senses voltage as a TRMS value across a 3200 Hz bandwidth, handles signals with a crest factor up to 3, and operates at working frequencies of 50 Hz and 60 Hz (each ±6%).
A voltage data logger records electrical voltage over time into internal memory so the readings can be reviewed afterward rather than watched live. The XL423 stores its measurements to onboard memory for unattended logging and then transfers the recorded data to a PC through its RS-232 interface for review.
