The FLIR T600 45° is a handheld thermal imaging camera designed for the expert requiring the highest performance and the latest technology available. The camera combines excellent ergonomics and a walk-up-and-use interface with superior image quality of 640 × 480 pixel infrared resolution. The T600 is flexible and can meet a wide range of imaging needs, with extensive communication options including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-based METERLiNK for connecting to compatible measurement instruments.
The T600 is built around an uncooled microbolometer focal plane array sensitive across the 7.5–14 µm long-wave infrared band. The 45° × 34° field of view paired with a 13 mm focal length and 0.15 m minimum focus distance makes the camera suited to interior inspections, electrical panel survey work, building envelope assessment, and general predictive maintenance scenarios where a wide angle of view is preferred over telephoto reach. The 1.73 mrad spatial resolution (IFOV) defines the detail recoverable from a given working distance.
FLIR Systems is a long-established manufacturer of thermal imaging and infrared sensing equipment, founded in 1978 and headquartered in Wilsonville, Oregon. In 2021 FLIR Systems was acquired by Teledyne Technologies, and the FLIR product line continues under the Teledyne FLIR brand. Cameras carrying the original FLIR Systems branding — including the T-Series models — remain supported as part of the same product lineage.
