The Cal Test Electronics CT4071 is a 50 MHz active differential probe designed with a high input impedance and low input capacitance. It accepts measurements ranging up to ±3500 V (DC + AC peak) and is compatible with oscilloscopes from all major manufacturers, delivering its output through an insulated BNC cable into a standard 1 MΩ oscilloscope input.

A differential probe measures the voltage between two points in a circuit rather than between a single point and ground, allowing an engineer to observe signals that are not referenced to earth. The CT4071 supports a wide variety of such measurements across its four selectable attenuation settings, with the maximum measurable voltage scaling from ±350 V at 100x up to ±3500 V at 1000x.

ValueTronics stocks and holds its own inventory in a 20,000 sq ft secure warehouse at 1675 Cambridge Drive in Elgin, Illinois.
