The Boonton 93AD has a  mechanical design which is simple and rugged, with easy access provided to all components. 1 mV to 300 V in 11 ranges, bandwidths of 10 Hz to 20 MHz and 10 Hz to 100 kHz. Voltage accuracy is ±(1% of indication + 1 count). Remote controllable. 2 Mohm input impedance, less than 25 pF. Waveform responses: sine, complex, pulse, or random.
