The Anritsu MS2667C is a portable spectrum analyzer covering 9 kHz to 30 GHz, built for microwave and millimeter measurements. It is a compact, lightweight unit weighing approximately 15 kg in its standard configuration, with high basic performance — high C/N ratio, low distortion, and high frequency and level accuracy — and simple front-panel operation. A large selection of options lets the single platform address a wide range of applications at reasonable cost.
Application coverage centers on performance evaluation of radio equipment. Built-in Measure functions handle power-level, frequency, adjacent-channel-power, mask, and time-template measurements, while the high-speed time-domain sweep and trigger/gate options target TDMA-type digital mobile communication equipment — measuring antenna power, burst transient response, and transmission timing. The FM-demodulated waveform display, combined with those options, supports measurement of frequency deviation and the frequency switching times of radio equipment and VCOs. The synthesized local oscillator stabilizes within 30 minutes of power-on, suiting on-site maintenance and adjustment where work must be completed quickly.
ValueTronics supports the MS2667C from its own 20,000-square-foot secure warehouse at 1675 Cambridge Drive in Elgin, Illinois, where we stock and hold our own inventory. Every pre-owned unit is inspected and functionally verified in-house against the original manufacturer's specifications before it ships, while new units leave factory-sealed exactly as received. The company has specialized in new and used test-and-measurement equipment since 1992.

Important: Maximum input level: +30 dBm (CW average power, RF ATT ≥10 dB); maximum DC input ±0 V.
Important: The high-speed time domain sweep (Option 04) must be used with the trigger/gate circuit (Option 06).
Important: The GPIB interface (standard) and the Centronics interface (Option 10) cannot be installed/used simultaneously.
Important: RF connector accepts input signals at levels up to +30 dBm; maximum DC input is ± 0 V.
Important: Millimeter measurements from 18 to 110 GHz require an external mixer (MA2740A-MA2746A), which is not included in the standard configuration and must be ordered separately from the application parts list. The suitable mixer is a 2-port mixer only (local frequency: 4 to 7 GHz, IF frequency: 689.31 MHz).
Important: Coaxial cords and adaptors required to connect the analyzer's K-J 50 Ω RF input to the device under test are not part of the standard accessories; the appropriate cord/adaptor must be ordered separately from the application parts list.
Recommended pairing: add the MA2740A through MA2746A external mixers to extend coverage across the 18 GHz to 110 GHz waveguide bands using the analyzer's standard external mixer input and output.
