SIGLENT’S SSG3032X-IQE signal generators have a frequency range of 9 kHz to 3.2 GHz and calibrated output levels from -110 dBm to +13 dBm (typical to +20 dBm). It provides standard analog modulation such as AM, FM, and PM as well as optional pulse modulation and pulse train generation. _External I/Q modulation is also provided by using the Siglent SDG6000X family of generators with the I/Q option (not included)._

The SSG3032X offers amplitude resolution of 0.01 dB and frequency resolution of 0.01 Hz. Level accuracy is <=0.7 dB (Typ.)
