The Stanford Research Systems DS335 is a 3 MHz synthesized function generator built on a Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) architecture. It is described as a simple, low-cost instrument that brings features not normally found in function generators in its price range, delivering the low phase noise inherent to DDS along with wide-band amplifiers that maintain good pulse response and low distortion.

A function generator produces known, controllable test signals used to stimulate a device under test so that its response can be measured. The DS335 is designed for general benchtop or ATE applications, where a stable, computer-controllable source of sine, square, ramp, triangle, and noise waveforms is needed for design, debug, and automated test work.

ValueTronics stocks and holds its own inventory in a 20,000 sq ft secure warehouse at 1675 Cambridge Drive in Elgin, Illinois. Every used unit we sell is inspected and functionally verified in-house before it ships, while new units ship factory-sealed exactly as received from the manufacturer. Holding our own stock lets us match the right instrument and condition to each customer's application directly.
