Every MXO 3 series oscilloscope comes equipped with MSO logic analysis. Just add MSO probes to get 16 digital channels. Use the MSO probes across different MXO series oscilloscopes without needing a software license.

The oscilloscope logic channels run at 5 Gsample/s, delivering a time resolution of 200 ps. With a substantial memory depth of 125 Mpoints per channel, the sampling rate remains consistent over a large range of time base settings. Use logic triggering to isolate critical events like narrow glitches and specific pattern combinations.
