The R&S RTO/RTP-K133 and K134 options provides the decomposition of the commonly known jitter and noise components such as Random (RJ/RN) and deterministic jitter and noise components including Data-Dependent (DDJ/DDN) or Periodic (PJ/PN) components.

Accurate resultsThe R&S Jitter and noise Decomposition algorithm starts with the calculation of the step responses that fully characterize the deterministic behavior of the transmission system. The user benefits from accurate measurement results even for relative short signal sequences.

Get to your results fast Start your decomposition calculation with the "Quick start analysis" function. It automatically configures the setup and displays a default set of measurements and plots. For individual configuration, a help dialog is available that illustrates the setup parameters and the setup progress.

-   It allows to reconstruct synthetic eye diagrams including Periodic and Data-depending components.
