The two bandwidth tiers are designated DS606X (DC to 600 MHz) and DS610X (DC to 1 GHz), and this difference also sets the single-shot bandwidth, the calculated rise time (600 ps for the 600 MHz models versus 400 ps for the 1 GHz models), and the fastest timebase scale (1 ns/div for DS606X versus 500 ps/div for DS610X).
