The NI PCI-8335 is a PCI master/slave gadget that uses the PCI-PCI connect registry set. MXI-3 utilizes information lines to store information for transmission and furthermore utilizes line information to store information received while waiting for access to the goal PCI bus. MXI-3 ASIC transmits information to the parallel-to-arrangement converters and gets information from the arrangement to parallel converters. The serial transmitter is a parallel-to-serial information converter. The parallel-to-serial converter serializes the 20-bit wide parallel from the MXI-3 ASIC and sends it to the handset. MXI-3 expands on the standard PCI-to-PCI connect engineering by viably splitting the extension into two parts associated to a 1.5 Gb/s serial connection.
