The Keithley Model 7078-CSHP is a set of eight 3m (10 ft) cables and four BNC-to-triax adapters for connecting between the Model 7072 8×12 Semiconductor Matrix Card and an HP-4145 Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer. Four 3-slot triax cables connect to Source/Measure Unit outputs.

Four BNC-to-BNC coax cables adapt the measurement and source modules in the HP-4145 to the connectors of 7072.
