The Agilent 16047B is a Test Fixture with a Frequency of up to 2 MHz. The 16047B is designed for use with the Agilent HP 4061A, 4192A, 4263A/B, 4274A, 4276A, 4277A, 4279A and 4284A LCR or LCZ type Meters. The Agilent 16047B is designed for impedance evaluation of axial/radial lead type devices of up to 13 MHz. The 16047B employs Kelvin contacts which realize a wide impedance measurement range. The contact tip can be changed according to the device shape.
